For buying

First choose the country, coinciding with place of  delivery of the equipment and then we choose the desired language.

To buy in Dormitum, we don't have to be registered, but if we want to, we haver to click on the Identify button, situated at the top right of the page. once you have decided, we can beggin to introduce products into the shopping trolley, to do this, we choose the products that we want, we choose the size and click on the basket next to each one.

Once we have chosen all the products we want to buy, we will go to our shopping trolley situated on the top right hand side of the page.

Once we are inside the shopping trolley, we check that all is correct and we will click on the correspondant square if we want our old matress to be fetched and taken away. After that, we click on confirm order.

 

STEP 1 - (identification) " this step you can omit to if you are already identified"

 

We will choose one of the different options:

  • Regitered user: if we were already registered, we type in our e-mail and password, the number that comes up on the image, and we click on Identify.
  • Purchase without register: we click on Forward.
  • Access new user: If we want to register. we type in the data that we are asked on the form, the number that appears on the picture and we click on identify.

STEP 2- (Personal details)

Billing data



  •     Registerd: We check that the details that we are shown are correct, and in the case of it being wrong we               modify them .
  •     Not registerd: We introduce the details on the form.

Delivery details: If the details are the same as on the billing, we tick the square, in case they are not, we will fill in the details requested. 

We click on Forward.

 

STEP 3- (Summary)

 

On this step we can see the billing and delivery details and see the products that we have previously chosen and the total amount

We check that all is correct and we click on Confirm.

 

STEP 4- (Billing)

 

PASO 4 – ( Pago )

 

We are inside the ciberpack of La Caixa

 

We can see:

  • The name to whih the transfer will be made "MES CONFORT"
  • The details of the order with the number of order and total amount which will have to be paid.

 

Now we have to choose a type of payment:

  • Payment with credit card
  • Payment by transfer

 

NOTICE: Once we click on continue, we won't be able to go backwards and choose another type of payment. In the case that the browser lets us go back and choose another type of payment, when we click on continue, it will show us error and we will have to start all over again.

 

We click on Continue

 

Transfer payment:  It will show us the details to be able to do the transfer from "línia oberta de la caixa", in the case that we aren't customers of La Caixa, we will have to print the details and pay through our bank (bank or "online").

 

Payment by credit card; It asks us for our credit card details, we type them in and click on Continue, if we don't agree with the payment er click on Cancel.

 

NOTE:Incase of an error of payment, check the totality of your credit card, if that isn't the reason of the error, you can order again from the start or contact us at Dormitum through the e-mail vendes@dormitum.com.
